What file formats do you accept?
For quoting, files for custom cut parts should be submitted in DXF format. We can also accept AI, JPG, and most black and white images (silhouettes) however, you will need to contact us for a custom quote.
What are your tolerances?
Hold tolerances of +/-0.005”
Aluminum Max – 0.25” (¼”)
Stainless Max – 0.25” (¼”)
Carbon Max – 0.75 (¾”)
How should my files be set up?
Please make sure your DXF file meets the following criteria before uploading it for a quote:
- File is in DXF format.
- File is built to scale.
- Each file contains only one part (not nested parts).
- All objects are on the same layer.
- All unnecessary information (stray points, duplicate lines, empty objects, text areas etc.) has been removed.
- Text has been converted into outline or paths with bridges.
- Shapes are united, combined or merged.
- There are no intersecting or common lines.
- Part files do not have any open contours.

How is project cost calculated?
Several factors are taken into consideration when calculating the cost for laser cut parts, including:

- Any optional secondary processing
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for our laser cutting services, regardless of business size. To discuss discounts on large quantiles and frequent orders, please contact us directly.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns on orders for custom cuts parts. If you’ve received an order that you’re unsatisfied with please contact us for assistance.
What shipping options do you offer?
Our laser cutting services include free shipping through UPS for custom cut part orders.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we receive your custom parts order, we’ll being processing it as soon as possible! With quality laser cutting services, you’ll always receive fast fulfillment and priority shipping, and in some cases we can have your custom cut parts delivered to you in less than a week. However, orders that include secondary processing options or are placed outside of our regular business hours may take some additional time to fulfill.
