For quoting, files should be submitted in DXF format. We can also accept AI, JPG, and most black and white images (silhouettes) however, you will need to contact us for a custom quote.

Hold tolerances of +/-0.005”
Aluminum Max – 0.25” (¼”)
Stainless Max – 0.25” (¼”)
Carbon Max – 0.75 (¾”)

Please make sure your DXF file meets the following criteria before uploading it for a quote:

• File is in DXF format.
• File is built to scale.
• Each file contains only one part (not nested parts).
• All objects are on the same layer.
• All unnecessary information (stray points, duplicate lines, empty objects, text areas etc.) has been removed.
• Text has been converted into outline or paths with bridges.
• Shapes are united, combined or merged.
• There are no intersecting or common lines.
• Part files do not have any open contours.

Several factors are taken into consideration when calculating cost including: 

• Amount of material used 
• Thickness of material used 
• Quantity of parts 
• Shape 
• Number of holes 
• Any optional secondary processing 

Yes! Wholesale pricing is available regardless of business size. To discuss discounts on large quantiles and frequent orders, please contact us directly. 

Unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns on orders for custom cuts parts. If you’ve received an order that you’re unsatisfied with please contact us for assistance. 

Yes, we do! Customers who’d prefer to pick up their order can contact us to arrange pickup at our shop: 20 Fritts Way, Conway, AR 72032.

All of our custom cut part orders include free shipping through UPS. For fabrication tools and fire pits shipping cost will be applied at checkout. 

Once we receive your custom parts order, we’ll being processing it as soon as possible! Thanks to our fast fulfillment and priority shipping, in some cases we can have your custom cut parts delivered to you in less than a week. However, orders that include secondary processing options or are placed outside of our regular business hours may take some additional time to fulfill.
